My name is Chef Keli Hughes. I started cooking professionally about 11 years ago. I've worked in various restaurant kitchens such as PF Chángs, The Post @ Lamar Park and several more around Texas. I became the Executive Chef at our Minor League Baseball Stadium under the Astros Umbrella before I even graduated culinary school. I have also been blessed to have worked at several high-end ranches across Southern Texas. I felt it was time to be able to do my own thing, to get my own love of food and entertaining out into the world. I wanted to create my own experiences and menus for clients to enjoy, by bringing my flair and style to Corpus Christi.
