General Pricing Information

Things to know before booking with Salty Sea Kitchen Private Chef Services

  • Notes on menu items with a (+$ amount) on them are high cost high quality items on my side.  I buy the best product that is in town so my prices will reflect that on certain items.  
  • Book at least two weeks prior to event date to increase chances for availability.  Busier Holidays (Valentines, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.) should be booked out at least 1 month prior or as early as you possibly can.
  • Booking Deposit is due at time of booking to reserve date.  
  • Deposit is 30%-50% of grand total.  We use square credit processing system, or we take Venmo and Cash App.  We accept all major credit cards with a 3.3% processing fee added to total.
  • 8.25% Texas Sales Tax added to all invoices.  
  • Please make sure your head count is finalized at least 4 days before event date.  Guests can be added upon Chef's approval, there is no subtracting from guest count at 4 days till service night of event.  Things will have already been purchased and in early stages of preparation.
  • Final Remaining Payment is due by end of service night. 
  • Booking Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE but if applicable you can use towards a future date within a year.  
  • Gratuity of 20% is automatically added to parties of 8 or above.  
  • While gratuity is not added for parties less than 8 people, it is always appreciated.
