While we are not a large company with lots of employees, we are company with lots of dedication and heart. We really try to get to know each and every client we get to cook for. Over half of our clients are repeat ones. That is something we are very proud to have. We continuously strive every day to find and bring new, fun and fresh local cuisine to your table. Our process starts with a consultation with Chef Keli Hughes, who will work with you to create a customized menu based on your preferences, dietary needs and allergies. We will discuss your theme of your event and number of guests you will be expecting. We'll also discuss logistics, such as date, time and location of your event, and any equipment of space requirements we may have.
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs and preferences, we'll create a detailed plan for your event, including the ingredients and equipment needed, the timeline for cooking and serving, and any special requests or accommodations.
Once plan and menu and guest count are confirmed we will start to order any necessary items that are needed for the event. Reserve any linens or glassware or plates and utensils if requested by client (Extra fee) 2 days prior to event we will grocery shop for everything. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
We start early in the day or even the day before if necessary to have things chopped, marinated and chilled and ready to cook and fire in a timely manner at the location so that you and your guests have food ready, hot and fresh on time.
Chef Keli and her team will arrive to your location 1-2 hours ahead of service time with all necessary cooking and serving equipment and necessary ingredients. We immediately get familiar with the kitchen and serving areas and start cooking right away.
Once the dishes are cooked and prepared to serve. Chef Keli or Sous Chef Echo will serve them to you and your guests with great attention to detail and presentation. If servers are requested for event (Extra Fee) they will handle all service of food, drinks and or water throughout dinner.
After the meal is over, we'll take great care of cleaning and tidying all areas of the event that was utilized for food service, so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your event. We do pride ourselves on leaving your kitchen cleaner that we found it, so you can continue to enjoy your experience long after were gone.
